Overview

While we, Bigfoot Beard Co, aim to have your order delivered to you within the specified time, factors outside of our control may slow delivery time.

Delivery to countries outside the United Kingdom:

Deliveries to countries outside the United Kingdom are expected to take a longer period of time. While we do not have control over your order once it leaves Bigfoot Beard Co, we will endeavor to assist you with tracking your order should it be required

Local charges:

Please note that your order may be subject to your countries local TAX charges, customs handling charges and any other country specific fees (if applied). These charges are not covered by Bigfoot Beard Co and as the buyer, you may be required to pay these charges in order to receive your order.

If you decline to pay any local charges, you may not receive your order in a satisfactory time, if at all.

Undelivered orders:

Bigfoot Beard Co are not under any obligation to refund an order that has been undelivered, undelivered due to unpaid local charges nor are Bigfoot Beard Co under any obligation to resend an order that has been returned to them for unpaid local charges.

Additional Detail:

UK orders are dispatched via Royal mail with delivery tracking.

International orders are dispatched from Bigfoot Beard Co using Royal Mail. Your order may change hands to a local delivery company dependent on the destination country. If you have purchased standard shipping you may not receive tracking. 

If you require tracking please purchase tracked shipping at checkout. 

Orders placed after 12pm GMT may be dispatched the following day.
